Blasher, Tough is another word for highest and easy is another word for lowest, for instance the COMPX saw it's easiest close on January 24th at 2008.70 and it's toughest close on March 7th at 2090.21.

So in my moving average system the March 7th close will be used the day after tomorrow (Thursday 4/14)and I think the market is close to a short term low.
