Scotchontherocksfla...

That ZLUS news is awesome!!! I have a few thoughts to share that I think might make a little sense to consider, but I need a little more time to absorb it and to take care of a couple of other personal issues this morning. This news is just what the doctor ordered from my initial read! I am very confident that we will be fine here with ZLUS.

Scotchontherocksfla, with this awesome ZLUS News...

This awesome ZLUS news is like giving a "black eye" to those who were negative ZLUS in my opinion. As a matter of fact... make that two "black eyes." Let me make a few points why I feel as such…

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/corestream-energy-announces-new-institutional-funding-management-changes-and-limited-update-2011-02-21?siteid=nbsh
Point 1 ** To receive an initial ”multi-million dollar funding commitment” from an ”Institutional Investor” on a project by project basis is huge no matter how you slice the pie. At some point in the future, I expect to see the name of this Institutional Investor to reflect within their filings as normally these types of investors would rather not have their name PR-ed. As stated, expansion of production is on its way because of these funds.

Point 2 ** It was duly noted that it was a Hedge Fund that was the Institutional Investor making the commitment to ZLUS. When you have a Hedge Fund Institutional Investor involved to provide support to your company, they are here for major reasons to make major money. They are not here for small change. I think it would be wise to hold and strap in for some future growth in my opinion. It was also duly noted that this Hedge Fund Institutional Investor was previously a ”major foe” of ZLUS that has now become a ”major friend” with ZLUS. This is huge as because having a ”prior” creditor and litigant of ZLUS now on your team to fund you is another huge step of proof that something huge in nature was confirmed for them to now provide this kind of support to ZLUS. This is a very serious change of heart. Some of these battles have been going on for over 3 years and is proof to me that they have been resolved. This is some very serious newfound confidence in ”the new” management, ”the new” direction, and ”the new” commitment of ZLUS within their oil and gas ventures.

Point 3 ** Not only have they secured funding, but they also have secured additional funding from another source to support the company’s expansion. To further add, they are in discussions and negotiations from a variety of other financial sources from similar commitments.

Point 4 ** Due to ZLUS obtaining these financial backings and commitments, they have been able to move forward ”late-stage negotiations for 3 multi-well oil acquisitions.” I think this is not to be mixed up with just being 3 wells. Again, it was stated to be… ”3 multi-well oil acquisitions” located are located in Kansas, Kentucky and Louisiana. It was stated that ”each of these acquisitions/projects are currently in production” and are expected to close within the next 30-60 days.

Point 5a ** The Company has retained Mr. Kenneth Sonesen as the Superintendent of Field Operations. This is absolutely huge for quite a few reasons as I believe investors have not been able to let this set in just yet. This is a very good thing because now ZLUS brings to their team a guy with over 25 years of experience in both land and offshore oil projects and as the company has stated, he will play a significant role in the evaluation and management of the Company's opportunities and operations. The PR further elaborated on his qualifications which were very qualified as they have been with some multi-billion dollar companies. He attended the Norwegian Naval Academy in Horten, Norway and he is working with Statoil to help develop Oseberg C from inception. Oseberg C is the crown jewel of Statoil's fleet of offshore wells in the North Sea. For those who are not familiar with this the magnitude of this, Statoil trades on the NYSE under the ticker of STO at $24.00+ per share. See below its quote and website:
http://www.google.com/finance?client=ob&q=NYSE:STO
http://www.statoil.com/en/Pages/default.aspx

I think if ZLUS was as bad as some might have tried to portray, Mr. Kenneth Sonesen would not have come on board to be the ZLUS Superintendent of Field Operations. Statoil is a multi-billion dollar oil and gas company. Mr. Kenneth Sonesen knows something of a huge value that either exists or potentially exists where I am very confident that with his qualifications, he would not be here as the ZLUS Superintendent of Field Operations unless he knew of something that is very much worthwhile. Something was revealed to him that convinced him to be on board that have not yet been revealed to us… yet… in my opinion. This piece is much larger than I think investors realize for now.

Point 5b ** Mr. Kenneth Sonesen also worked with TransOcean and other leaders in North Sea offshore exploration and drilling and with European land-based drilling projects. Ok, let’s talk about TransOcean for a minute. TransOcean trades on the NYSE under the ticker of RIG at $81.00+ per share. TransOcean is the world’s largest offshore drilling contractor. See below its quote and website:
http://www.google.com/finance?client=ob&q=NYSE:RIG
http://www.deepwater.com/

Point 5c ** Mr. Kenneth Sonesen, on the North American continent, has worked on shallow and deep well drilling and operations management. The PR stated that Mr. Sonesen has already presented two projects that the Company is negotiating. The Company looks forward to working with Mr. Sonesen and to all the contributions he will bring. Given the qualifications and achievements of Mr. Sonesen, I think we all look forward to all the contributions he will bring too. I am confident that the two projects that Mr. Sonesen has brought to ZLUS will be of some huge value. I take his addition to the team to be a very huge and subliminal hint as to who ZLUS will be getting in bed with. I’m sorry, but I find it very hard that this new team of ZLUS is out to cause harm to its shareholders. I think quite the contrary.

Point 6 ** The company has appointed Mr. Lewis V. Graham as the Chief Operating Officer and will continue to serve in his capacity as the Corporate Secretary too. I have not found anything great about him, but I have not found anything really bad either. I must admit that in rushing to try to get this post finished, I have not really looked very hard. I must say so far so good about him.

Point 7 ** As for our new Chairman, CEO, and President of the company (Milton C. Ault III), I think he needs no introduction, but all I can say is that what better way to add credibility to your name than surrounding yourself with quality people working around you bringing you quality projects. Heck, with the team he has assembled that is bringing him major projects to review and accept, heck, I think even I could be the CEO of ZLUS and it would still do well (LOL). Mr. Ault has filed in an 8-K his qualifications that reflects that he has over 21 years of experience in various aspects of the Oil and Gas Industry within a variety of arenas. It’s not for me to question it especially considering since he has PR-ed this info along with filing such within an 8-K. The info must be capable of being proven to be correct if ever required by the SEC or I trust that he would have never had released this recent 8-K and PR given the scrutiny he has been under with the SEC to prove himself and ZLUS. So far, they must have passed with flying colors as this recent PR is proof that they are moving forward in a very big way which would be further substantiated with the said release of the company's Q1 filing for 2010 which will be submitted this week and its Q2 followed shortly with the company expecting to be current with their filings this year.

Point 8 ** We can also expect a new trading symbol and a comprehensive new website. The previous websites have been deactivated and an updated website is in the makings to be released in the near future.

Point 9 ** With the State Lease #2, the PR stated that the well is expected to be completed and production begun in the next few weeks and that bad weather in the area has been the reason for the delay. It was also stated that ZLUS has the rights to 1600 acres in this area of proven reserves and success and will enjoy a ”minimum” 4% working interest in the current well, and has the right of participation in any of the wells in the project area over time. I think this well is small change compared to the Sanders#1 well in La Salle Parish, LA where the company had previously PR-ed to have a 75% working interest. It was again confirmed from the recent PR that the start of the Sanders #1 well continues to be forecast for late spring when conditions will allow for it at Catahoula Lake, LA.

Point 10** Gary Patterson has been retained as the IR guy. I think it is always good to have an IR guy that communicates respectfully to shareholders. I have heard good things about Gary and I think he will be appreciated and his temporary absence was duly missed as noted by many here within the ZLUS forum.

Point11 ** The company stated that they do not see any need to and does not have any plans to do a reverse split of the common shares in 2011. I think this is awesome to eliminate those fears and any rumors floating around on such issue. The company stated that the Authorized Shares (AS) is 1.5 billion shares and its Outstanding Shares (OS) is 1,390,162,856 shares. The increase in the OS was to settle some outstanding legacy debt and the company stated that the elimination of debt will continue to be a top priority in 2011.

Point 12 ** In summary, it was mentioned months ago from some well respected investors that ZLUS will transform into a stock trading somewhere well into the pennies into the teens sometime during the summer of this year. I don’t know how true such is, but I think somewhere in the pennies is not out of the question considering the new team on board and the acquisitions/projects that I think have not yet been revealed. There is risk involved here in ZLUS as in all stocks, but I think it is well worth the risk. I think it’s just a matter of time before more investors will see things to be a pro, not con, situation here with ZLUS. Time will tell, but I have made the decision to hang around and continue taking the risk to weather the storm here with ZLUS.

The Company's Q1 filing for 2010 will be submitted this week while its Q2 is expected to be filed within a few weeks. The Company intends to be current during 2011.

For those without a calendar, "this week" was February 21 - 25. We are now into next week.

Somebody ought to call Ault and tell him his con won't work if he disappoints on commitments this quickly. If any do get in contact with him, let him know that BB of the SEC is still looking.
