By issuance of stock, maybe? Why do you think a company goes public? And think about this; If issued shares carry a 144-restriction, and is being used to expand the business by bringing in a revenue-bringing asset(s) for instance, don't you think the PPS will adjust to that new share structure once the restriction goes off (6-12 months)?
