So you conceed that the dividend P/R was put out solely to pump the sale of shares. As for the Picasso, real or not, show me where it has shown up as an asset on the company filings.The P/r clearly states that the company owns an original Picasso, but at no time have they offered any proof that it is an original and that it is a company asset.

Show proof that is is!!!! Show proof that ARTS own it after you provide the link that it is real.
