Nobody knows what the financial situation is. If KATX has to raise more money by selling shares it matters what the stock price is because it has an impact on the degree of dilution.

Mining business is unlike the fast-food business.
Just can't rush it.
I still think that the delay for PR or results has something to do
with the new Trading Rules which will be in effect on 2-28-2011.
Any thoughts ?
