MY post then said that they would be moving to sales of products he did not say what .So actually he was right.

MR Talbert sais he does not follow any boards because it has nothing to do with the company moving forward or has any value to decision making, they'll make decisions based on whats good and proffitable for the co. and shareholder

And further more I investigate to the best of my ability, and do not travel to each company to make sure its legit, thats why they want to upgrade their trading status to help investers and themselves.
