Nowheres. I was doing a takeoff hypothetical on what Investman said. I guess he was actually talking about raising the A/S to 6 billion shares. I happen to agree with BANKER that the O/S following the merger will remain at 1.5 billion shares; just that Centaflix will have 1.125 billion and current QASP holders will have an aggregate of 375 million shares. Again, IMO Jeff will proceed with a restructuring to bring the number of shares down to a more manageable level that will allow acceleration towards and Uplisting.
