Sass, you may not know the answer to this question, but I did have inquiries as to whether if project pipelines had any immediate value to any publicly listed company.

For instance, Optisolar as you may already know, sold their 1,000 MW pipelines to First Solar for $400 Million smackers(which imo is a low ball offer/buyout) but how is that facilitated within the asset or value it brings to the share price?
