I also remember waking up each morning to trade the market, some days there were individual stories that either propelled or destroyed a stock, and other days there were remarkeable trends that were developing.

Now all I watch each day are millions of shares being traded each day, and except for a handful os issues, most stocks represent a stagnent company going nowhere.

It was fun to watch the movement up or down, now I watch boredom, sorry for my responses today. I even had a good week last week, but again I got lucky and just happend to sell in time, cause on Friday it seemed like everything was going down toward the close.

Bernanke and company can only print so much money each day to keep this stock market afloat, maybe america is becoming the next middle east, a place where people get tired of the assurances of there goverment and political leaders and just throw in the towel, but in this case its not necessarily a government being overthrown, but a capitolistic system that has become totally unfair.

It would have worked out wonderfully, hap, if only people were honest, but they aren't. I have friends who grew up under the communist Russian regime. They kinda figured out to be nice to people who might be of use to them at some future point, but be so klutzy when asked for help that one never asks them again. Sort of the same game the American blacks learned to play under slavery by pretending to be too stupid to do most things.

It is a wonderful plan in theory, not so wonderful when put into practice. . .
