Can You Update This Post HD?

I don't know who first posted it, but there is background behind this that needs to explain how the O/S and float are derived.... especially in the context of 'Legacy Shares'.... I understand the new owners are taking a big chunk of the existing O//S for themselves, as two year restricteds (you might want to reference the source document on this one)...

Thanks in advance man,

"If revenues are only $25 million, with a low 5x sales ratio you have a .52 stock. Total worst case scenario and doesn't even include the clean balance sheet and value of the NOL.

"QSGI share structure of 31 million O/S and 12 million (?) float would be the perfect share structure for Kruse. It's almost the same as when QSGI traded on the big board years ago. Basically they can leave the tradeable/floating shares the same and use the remaining 19 million shares for Execs, lawyers, etc.

"Using the current share structure listed above and the low 5x sales on a lowballed $25 million in revenues you have a $4 stock. This is why I think Kruse will trade anywhere in the $1 to $5 range in the first quarter of 2011.

"Hold those legacy shares folks, they are at least 10x undervalued here imo, at least."

Dawg, are you referring to the FINRA 4320 rule:

http://finra.complinet.com/en/display/display_main.html?rbid=2403&element_id=9398

I see some people reporting is as being effective 2/28/11, yet also last year. Does March 2011 start the 'real' period this rule will be enforced?
