I agree with that - well said.

I have seen many a stock played on momentum/pump etc... and if one can buy in lower and sell while it stays higher - it works well.

My point was that VCTY has a history in the past year of saying things that turn out not to be correct - and therefore it may well be more suspect than some other penny stocks that have kept their word this year.

That is not to say that penny stocks or sub penny stocks in this case are valid, verified companies etc...

DD is pointless in pennies trading below OTCQX. Even QX you have to play it smart. Anthing below QX 9QB, FINRA BB, PINK, and GRAY) should be played like you have your life on the line. I am in an investment group that hunts down SCAMS and "Q" to flip. The SCAM stocks are a gems if you catch them at the bottom before a PUMP PR (Just don't get too greedy) and follow you gut feeling when it tells you to grab your parachut and dive out. Any stock under MMMG are not scam, but PR like one just to get flipers in the net to trap us LOL Flippers that get cought are the greedy ones; we just look for that weekly 30% gain get out and repeat LOL Play MMMG like they play you; don't jump in once you know their POS is bottom out, because a PR will follow soon.

Yes, a momo play will work. But swingtrading VCTY will also work. Or at least it did. Who knows now what the week by week changes will be? There's was enough percentage change in a week to make 10-20% or more per week. That's not bad, considering the banks give 0.1% per year.
