The big interstates I believe do have minimum's, but the smaller roads where they like to put them up don't have minimums that I'm aware of. I just refuse to do it because I don't like waisting time...and my music doesn't play loud enough to sound rebellious. I did at least like the fact that those po-dunk towns between Jax and Gainesville would at least forewarn you of there speed traps..
They recently installed "speed on green" cameras at intersections in my current city. The funny part is the cameras were faulty and people were getting speeding tickets for impossibly high speeds. Needless to say, several million dollars in tickets were refunded and their attempt at a revenue boost has resulted in a paperwork nightmare for them.
