I would guess that 34.5% of the float essentially out of the market would make the remaining shares real scarce, in other words, a higher demand for a lower supply, right out of Econ 101. As a result, the price could move on air as we saw Thursday.
A total FLD play, i.e., 100% of the shares locked, wouldn't be good as this would result in no selling or buying. There needs to be some shares not locked.
