YES, the most logical explanation is: they sold

would only be conjecture. However, note per pink sheets the short interest has included significant failure to deliver issues FTD's such that the stock has been on reg sho. So, could very well be naked shorting in part. Could also be 1-2 individual shareholders with large positions sold, as there are 200m sh outstanding and 37 shareholders of record.
