Reviewing some of the posts here, we're gonna have to start seggregating, at least I will...I'm going to end this debacle by focusing on posting to the experienced traders only, I just can't keep up with all the novices between here and on the Yahoo boards, i'm getting a headache.

There is no way that you MUST have bought your APCVZ before 12/31/10 to qualify for the CVR payment??

Then what the hell is the point of all the trading now if the shares are useless for the CVR?? They must still be good if you bought now!
