Of course, I factor in the charts, filings, and keep my eye on the number of shares out there being shorted. If our US government can't figure out how to prevent NSS (as if they are really trying), I approach every report with a grain of salt. But... the advice here for bulls is to keep bear paws from borrowing your shares. If you have a margin account, lock them up in a high sell order. Then you are at least doing your part to protect a good run from being crapped on by a bear. LOL!
