Because he has been back soliciting the whole time since the deal was inked. While he was an employee , he was double dealing with his other enterprise that comptetes with ADSV.. ADSV is going after damages and will suspend the payments to him.. This is ANTI=Trust which is huge !!!!!!!!!!
