Quit blaming MF. BH couldn't even pay for the audited financials that he promised by the end of 2008. He wouldn't account to MF for any of the money. He wouldn't account to MF or anybody else. That's why several of the others helped MF move what they could out of the office. Then, MF found out that Accounts Payables were more than one million in arrears. There ws nothing to be had. Why do you think there were only a couple of hundred movies available. BH took the money that was supposed to be for content and equipment, and used it to pay ICTN, who then paid his relatives. MF had no money to work with. The only real mistake MF made was to trust BH. When you go look at your equipment, you find out you owe tens of thousands of dollars and could not remove it from the facilities if you wanted to do so because their is a court order. Zilch. that is how much money there was when MF took over. The company coffers had been looted.
