I find it very easy to accept that Jeff went to authorities and helped initiate the investigation that is currently underway, and wonder why anyone needs to challenge this. I will enjoy a special satisfaction if/when Dean Bradley is charged with criminal wire fraud, embezzlement or whatnot, as he will be getting his just desserts. However, evidence of corporate fraud exposes QASP and its successor to substantial cost and liability associated with shareholder suits. If only there was some value in the company to go after, the suits would already be started.

I realize I see all the dark things, while others have unbounded optimism. They portray being on the butt end of a RM as something great, rather than the last ditch, hail Mary, only hope it actually is. Maybe I'd be a lot happier (but not as wealthy) if I drank the Kool*Aid.

Who said Mr. DiGenova called LEO and is it a fact? There's another scenario that someone else called LEO, maybe Mr. Henderson as an example. I tend not to believe Mr. DiGenova called because he knew it could bog any forward progress for QASP.
