Jeff didn't instigate the FBI investigation. It was instigated long before he took over QASP. He just inherited the situation. Too bad.
Maybe more subpoenas are in the future.

See Dean said on the previous CC they would be ready by July 15 (July 25 at the latest), now it is in two weeks. You just can't put faith into anything Dean Bradley says. New "eyes" and "ears" are taking notice.
