Too early to tell. Too many censored at critical points. If those censored patients progress (unlikely at once though), it wouldn't be as dramatic as it shows now.

What do you think of the Kaplan-Meier curves for PFS in Figure 6? Looks like a significant population is showing prolonged PFS.



"Significant" ? that was either 1 or 2 patients ( I am on a netbook and counting this chart is hard).

The curves look very close.

BTW, Is there a standard presentation of a K/M chart if the last patient is censored ?

EDIT: Forget the above dumb question. Obviously it was the last patient who was censored, and he was the only one on the tail.
