100% correct. So current QASP shareholders would then own 25% of what QASP brings to the table and 25% of what Centaflix brings to the table. However, in the short term we would own 100% of the float. Sounds good to me.

I might have arranged for QASP to spike to a dollar. I sent Scottrade an email telling them about the split and suggested that they work their magic. Lets see what they come up with.
