Do we have any idea how long they might be restricted? So we have to first have value created by qasp and Centaflix before they get paid anything? Hmm sounds like a no brainer to me.

The 75% of shares that end up with Centflix would have to be bought from current shareholders somehow would they not? What am I missing here?
