this is when EVERYONE thought there were preferred shares -even your meritorious DD never came up with the truth-Jeff did and I guess one needs to read the last line also

Obviously it is you that is missing the FACTS. Those shares are the equivalent of a poison pill. Lisa Betros and all the others involved are holding commons, so your scenario is beyond far fetched. Your assumption, and we all know what assumptions lead to, is Dean is going to convert those shares and screw everyone involved, from his board of directors to all the acquisitions. Sure, I see that happening too, right after Hell freezes over, LOL!
