Just finished listening to the call. Same old same, but I picked up a few interesting things.

If I recall, LS stated, FedEx will be Cryo's number one customer. This is the third time that LS has mentioned, the company will be cash flow positive in 2011. In order to do that, you need sales.
The company had about 6.5 million at the end of December of 2010. Add in another 9.4, subtract for the month of January, the company should be sitting on 15 million, give or take. Not bad at all! Personally speaking, if a new recycling center has been established, that's when I'll know CYRX has turned the corner. You don't expense cash for a staging facility just to sit idol.

The web call is available now! It includes a slide show presentation. Not much new information except that the DHL integration is complete and he commented on the PIPE including figures based on the initial 4.4M raised, not the secondary which added another 4.9M. Larry also reiterated that they expect to be cash flow positive by the end of the year.
