Well, I haven't seen any confirmation that there is "indeed" a judgement, other thay you saying that there is "indeed" one, which is not confirmation at all.

Well, there is indeed a judgment that includes attorney fees, plus accrued interest. All tolled around $40K, I think. BTW, can't find any mention of it on the financials as you claimed.
