Thanks Woody. We are all trying to do the right thing. I got real upset when I stumbled onto the COUGF board earlier today, connected the dots, and realized that others were getting fleeced just like I did. Brought back nasty memories.

Once again, I really hope RAPT turns out to be the real thing. But I am extremely cautious and more than a bit suspect. Better to be safe than sorry.

For now I'm taking it for face value as I've said making these false statements risks a very extended stay in the federal slammer and well, Tom is still available to talk so I'm going to assume that he's not risking what appears to be an extensive resume' (from everything I've seen in my research) on committing a federal crime.

I appreciate the information you've provided to the board thus far and so maybe you can provide a little insight-regarding the posting you made above, who would ensure that companies who make false statements are properly taken care of? I understand that the SEC would look at bigger companies for fraud but with the funding/manpower issues they have its hard to see the SEC going after pennystock companies like WLOC(D) or COUGF. RPC is a good example of a company that was pumped and dumped twice last year and it looks like it might be ramping up again for another round. Is there another organization that will act on complaints besides the SEC?

As suspected, the after hours PR release was followed last night by a pump email. For those who have not seen it, see below.

If I were the PR firm guess I'd do the same thing they are. They claim that next Tuesday will be a magic day for the stock but don't give one iota of reasoning why.

Very calm consolidation day today for RAPT…



Did you see that cover today the last 20 minutes? That just shows that there is still a massive short in there..



I know for a fact now from a source I trust that they will be covering pieces for the rest of the week…but Tuesday is when the the massive call to cover begins…



We are winning because what they are covering here is at a loss!



I believe maybe 1-2 more days of consolidation and on Tuesday of next week we could see RAPT explode!



RAPT is building a beautiful strong support base right in this range!



For the most part EVERYONE has caught a win on RAPT…and I know there are just a handful left in there being patient…your reward could come on Tuesday!
