Call me crazy, but could that PW pic have been taken BEFORE the building was erected? First of all it's the same size machine, and second of all, the PW pic shows an opening in the foundation, where a garage door would be installed.
Now look at the FB pic. The KDS is inside a building AND the right side of the machine looks like it's reflecting light from an OPEN garage door.
WOW! THE IMPLICATIONS OF THIS FIND ARE STAGGERING!
TRCPA - based on the foundation work, the kds is clearly in what would become an enclosed building. The Atlas photo is from a different angle. The only thing that leads me to believe it is Atlas is the concrete height and absence of door openings along the wall. This seems to match the photo on the PacWest site. The outside terrain would also be indicative of Utah but I wouldn't rule out Mexico either.
