RPC did not have full rights to CIT and as of today, the patent is still assigned to Acuvector.

They put stuff like that in press releases but you will NOT see that in a filing. A press release is just a sales pitch and it does not have to pass the muster of an SEC filing.
Any investor much remember, it is foremost that management sells stock and they do it with press releases.

The validity of a press release from any company can be judged by the validity of previous press releases.
