Primary, IMO, there is no connection whatsoever between Acuvector and NuVax.
As for any agreement between Acuvector and RPC, if this was a matter of just giving Acuvector royalties, it would have been done in a heartbeat. IMO, Acuvector wants MONEY for the patent and RPC has no money at all. That is the only thing that makes sense when it has dragged on for so long.
As to the value of NuVax, what value can a product you do not own add?
As for these spinoffs, I doubt they will happen. If they were serious, they would be mentioned in filings. So far, it is just hype in press releases and blogs.
