Premarket is looking very good-I hope you get your 30sss for a swing trade-LOL. I can pull at least 50 messages from you cheerleading the company. This is not a decent way of trading. If you are consistently negative, you will earn respect, but this manipulation according to a position you take is inappropriate publically IMO.

I am not pumping the company nor do I care if you buy or sell, but I will call you out when keep changing position-it is a speculative play.You worry about investors and convince them to sell, well they would have lost 17% gain in last 2 days only if they listened to any of you.

It appears that the result of the lawsuit where AMDL was suing Acuvector was dismissed, shortly afterwards, a Canadian court action led to the transfer of all rights to CIT back to Acuvector.
