Diamond Power Sports was the shell company that
Frank bought to start GDHI. This lawsuit has nothing
to do with GDHI, nor does it have anything to do with
Frank or his character.

Diamond Power Sports was a fraud run by losers, thus
providing GDHI a chance to buy it on the cheap.

I am not sure who this disgruntled poster is, but I
personally do not care. It is irrevelant to GDHI and
Frank.

Scaring folks here with a suit that pertains to a boat company -- lolzzz I recommend you do you due diligence and post how that effects shareholders and if it even does at all.
