I don't think pro 140 can bring in much cash, that's why no one except non-profit organization wants to put money for phase III trial. Injection is only one negative aspect, CCR5 is co-receptor, so I am not sure pro 140 itself can be effective longer term, it has to be combined with other oral therapies similar to Selzentry. That's tough task for commercial potential, once or twice a month injection along with daily oral therapies, why don't they just take all oral daily therapies even if someone needs to take CCR5 inhibitor drug?
