OP i hear what you are saying but here is a question for you, if you transfer your shares to fidelity and they have to move the certs to fidelity and relize that the rest of their customers are short 1 billion shares how do they get them, I have heard different things on who has the certs in their hand i have heard at one time the broker does then the transfer agent does, which is the truth, we will see, Also let's see what the DTCC does after finishing up their investigation, When the finish up who knows what we will see.
