the paperwork must get a bit tricky when NVS has been shorting 10m shares of MNTA to screw us little guys and set up a takeover on the cheap

I just checked the historical log and noticed that NVS has not filed a Form 13G for its MNTA equity stake since Sep 2006, shortly after inking the collaboration that included Copaxone. NVS does not have to file a new 13G unless its holding changes.

The 13G filings for the year ending 12/31/10 are now complete.
