Please post a link to this "legal judgement" along with any details that that show this judgement to be of any "consequence". United States courts of law duly enter "judgements" every day that are of little consequence to anyone, except the party who scammed a few bucks by getting a "judgement". And yes, I'm talking about a big, scary judgement, not a legal action, and not a filed suit. Unless this "judgement" was a multi million dollar afFair (which I seriously doubt), it is in fact, OF LITTLE CONSEQUENCE!
A legal judgment does not seem to be "of little consequence." We are talking judgment, not legal action, not a filed suit ... but a judgment ... duly entered in a United States court of law.
There were two cases according to Pacer. In both the defendant was Diamond Powersports, NOT Golden Dragon and the plaintiff was American Suzuki Motor Corporation. Golden Dragon was mentioned because it was the name of the successor entity at the time of the lawsuit.
