I have done some research, and the case, as well as any judgement, appear to be complete nonsense. The great thing(sarcaism added) about this country we live in is that ANYBODY, can sue ANYONE for ANYTHING. If this case was anything of consequence, I'm sure that you and your buddy would have picked up on it by now, and reported it "ad nauseum" to the board. This is a NON ISSUE.
This is not the first time that judgment has been discussed. Do some research.
