PGNX wasn't in strong position to demand better term.
Neither PGNX nor SLXP would disclose the specific royalty rate that will be due PGNX on Relistor sales going forward during their respective CCs. Both referred to the terms as "industry average." I would expect that would mean low double-digits, at least at the upper end of tiered sales, wouldn't you think?
According to a poster on the PGNX board (play_4_less), the phase III Relistor oral trial was going to run close to $50 million. I thought that was kind of high, but play claimed he called PGNX and they told him that. Take it for what it is worth.
