These I believe Are 2 different companies? Bayport Corp. is the parent co. of Cosmic energy and bayside petroleum is not affiliated with COSMIC ENERGY.Bayport corp is a holding co. and Bayside petro is a oil and gas co. -2 different entities like encore energy partners has the MAIN COMPANY under ENP ticker and then there in ENCS which also is encore energy but 2 totally different co.s I did some research and never saw a link bettween COSMIC ENERGY MINERALS and BAYSIDE PETROLEUM AGAIN only "BAYPORT"CORP.I ALSO FOUND NOTHING TO INDICATE ANY POSSIBLE R/M HAPPENING.THE CEO OF BAYSIDE PETROLEUM IS Gordon Johnson -and he is also the CFO,PRESD.AND CHAIRMAN OF BD. PLEASE CLARIFY THIS SO CALLED r/m THANKS
