I don't know. Maybe the insider just had a baby and needs to buy diapers? There are so many reasons that an insider could sell.

It may not be an insider at all, but there is no reason for the company to sell shares into the market after it had been reducing the O/S for 8 months straight and has become profitable.

It is all speculation. It is what it is.
