Sespears, as Jackroch pointed out, the deal with Chongqing is more related with their need for cooking oil, since that is their business area, but CPOW is also on the Biofuels business, which is in great demand (and increasing by the day) around the world (China, India, Brazil, Europe, USA, Canada, etc).
So CPOW could benefit from both areas. I think when Mr. Shenher goes to the World Congress on Bioenergy in Dalian China in April, he will draw attention from the Chinese Government and other Companies who, as we've seen in multiple articles and news, are in a dire need for biofuels.
There s a high probabilty for making more contacts and, IMHO, there could be a potential for more deals to come once they have running the new plants.
