Well, a few weeks ago, the stock shot up to the mid .03's, everyone was delirious with joy, only to fall back to the teens. People were b**thing, whining, etc, some wrote IR demanding that mrnj do something.
So, mrnj I guess made the pre-announcement to appease these short-term investors.
