Wether or not Ken Told Compuserve not to quote
(Which is the true meaning of gagged)
Or Compuseve never quotes current numbers

At the very least, Ken choose a TA that will not Quote
Most people will call that gagged anyways cause they can't get that quote

And you are correct, no one has gotten a quote since they switched
