I too wonder if that is the case. I also wonder if the hi=priced New York law firm was fired or not. We do not know. These along with many many many other things about this Company - Mysterious Mines Inc. But MOST importantly ...... Where are those long over-due assays from Hole 2 at Rusty ???

The last time I called the TA they told me the OS was 641 million I believe and that there was no change to the share structure that they were aware of. That was about a month ago. I also keep an eye on filings, A/S is still at 700M, while pinksheets can dilute up to the A/S, they have to file to increase the A/S, which everyone finds out about.

I believe it was BigOwl that said this. He used to be able to get the share structure all the time and recently they won't give it out. The TA's name and contact info is on the KAT website.
