[OT]—Thanks for your reply about thrift conversions. When the new regulations take effect later this year, will companies operating with an MHC structure (i.e. those who previously completed a first-step conversion) have to fully convert during some specified period, or will they be allowed to retain the MHC structure as long as they like?
