IN ALL LIKELYHOOD THE "NEW" OWNER WILL REVERSE SPLIT THIS AFTER RAISING (DILUTING) A BIT MORE( GOING TO NEED A FEW DOLLARS TO PREPARE THE SECOND PIZZERIA FOR THE POST R/S PUMP)
