It seems to me that the timing is not really up to him. I think that he will PR as soon as he is able. It's really not in his best interests to delay PRing important news.

In my view Eric will PR the right type of events when they happen and he has approval from the appropriate parties (i.e a NA account for example). He is not interested in wasting funds on PR's of minor operational events to get a flippers bounce and the stock goes right back to where it was either naturally or from manipulation by some traders. When the right events happen and can be PR'd we will have a sustained increase in the company's value and hence the PPS. This is what Eric and the longs are invested for. Remember Eric is a substantial share holder. His restricted shares covert at a ratio of 1:1, so the value is achieved by growing the company and the PPS naturally and in a way that can be sustained. I think we are very close to some of those type of events. Canada WalMart is one recently blogged, he has one operational issue to work through and then he is just waiting for the purchase order confirmation. His blog indicated he will PR this event and I think we will get a small sustained increased in PPS from it. There are others we all,know about he is working hard to get over the finish line. I want bother to repeat them. JMHO
