Looks like a comedy of errors to me. A fiasco. The onus falls on the hi-priced law firm that KATX retains. They should have anticipated ALL the possibilities in dealing with the S E C. Valuable time has been lost. So what is the timetable now ? Answer .. NOBODY knows. Great way to run a business eh ?
