If they were right all along, then why did the SEC ask for all those filings?I believe the SEC,as they always should, wanted KATX to put everything on paper(so to speak),this way they(SEC)insure that everything is in order, and can verify KATX business dealings, and more important,if anything should go wrong in the future, they can use the filings to bring charges against the company,if ever needed. Then back to my concern, where was our legal firm??They didnt know the SEC would be asking these questions?....I am not implying or inferring that KATX has or will do anytihng that warrants the SECs attention, just to make it clear for all the FB gossip spreaders who lurk here.

First..Congrats Bio on becoming moderator. An honest fellow you are imo and a great job you have done for this board with your DD and Honest opinions...

No Doubt the shares are on their way BTW...

Inspectors..I agree 100% as a carpenter and builder, inspectors of any kind, are the same no matter the business. Frustrating at times....

As far as the SEC finding out about the Distro via web page, I think that speaks for its self. Repeating myself,,,I would think that if you PR a plan, you are ready to proceed with it with filings and actions...Uplisting is my other pet peeve.

But a question to direct at your expertise..
Another company is very late in posting drilling results on REEs....Not so unlike Katx and even worse. To give the company the benifit of the doubt, and in your experience,

Are REEs any harder to Assay than other minerals.
As DD posted here says, they are much harder to refine
and one must ask if that translates to much harder assaying..

We may disagree on the company, but debate can lead to honest answers..
An earlier opinion of yours and Newfies is they are late. Period
I was wondering if that opinion has changed

I work on drilling rigs and we also have frequent regulations both environmental and health wise that must be met. That being said, I am very familar with inspections and I can tell you that the bottom line is this: If inspectors (in any industry or business) do not find things wrong then they can't justify their jobs. Period. Sure there might actually be one or two things that need to be corrected but even if you have everything perfect they will still find something......Does an employee ever get a 10 on a review? No, simply because it just doesn't happen.
