NO Im not,you said "froze",as if the process had stopped,it didnt stop,it continues,but because of the mistakes,the delay continues.Now why has it been 2 months since the SEC gave the green light,and still no distribution?Why is it do difficult for KATX to tell us what is going on?I dont think anyone is asking anything unreasonable.
I don't think you realize the Government thrives on silly word games. Semantics is their forte. We just need this to be done and over. One way or another. Good bad or indifferent. NEWS. Thats what we need.
